Custom 5-Day Leadership and Customer Service Program for Government of Dubai Employees
The Challenge
The Government of Dubai needed a partner to create training that paired with the launching of the Dubai Model for Government Services (DMGS) which included leadership and customer service initiatives for all government employees. Dubai needed an innovative and effective training program aimed at streamlining the implementation process across the government. To that end, they needed to provide government employees with effective and engaging training that gives participants the knowledge and skills they need to apply Dubai Model for Government Services (DMGS) with excellence.
The core of the training initiative for The Government of Dubai’s Model for Government Services Training is a custom built 5-day training program. The overall goal in creating this training program is to offer relevant, best-practice examples in a classroom setting with pre- and post-work to reinforce learning. The learning goal was for participants to be more engaged, committed, and accountable for their improvement strategies.
Working through FranklinCovey, our team designed the curriculum which included a Team Leader Kit, Participant Kit, custom deck of cards, custom game board, video scripts, case studies, and a brochure.
The Results
Customized courses were rolled out to executives, team leaders, supervisors, and employees across Dubai. We estimated over 5,000 government employees received this training.
