Custom 1-Day Leading at the Speed of Trust for Kroger Leadership

The Challenge

Kroger needed to empower their leaders to build trust across all levels of retail management. They were faced with the task of providing training on increasing the level of trust to 30-50,000 retail leaders at various retail locations across the United States. In order to do that, they would have to certify internal trainers to meet the massive need quickly.

Our team worked through FranklinCovey to offer their Leading at the Speed of Trust course in a way that would be specific to the Kroger culture and specific internal trust issues.

The solution included:

• A custom participant kit that included a participant guide with multiple customized examples and scenarios specifically designed and written to address the Kroger retail culture. We also customized all photos using actual photographs from the Kroger archives. Each kit also contains Trust Cards, and other job tools. The assessments we developed are available as add-ons, if requested.
• A custom facilitator “kit” that includes: the custom participant kit, custom PPT, custom Program DVD, and a custom facilitator guide.
• After certifying a core team of “Master Facilitators,” these Kroger facilitator leaders certified additional trainers in their regional areas in the 1-day content.

The Results

Our team received a Net Promoter Score of 10 from the team lead of the Master Facilitators for the outstanding quality of work on the project and willingness to create an end product that perfectly fit the client need.
